De Pop Series 3 kwam in april 2006 op de markt en kwam in 3 verschillende boosterset met Flareon, Jolteon en Vaporeon als design. Ook zat er een Ho-Oh Ex in die enorm gewild was in de tijd. Deze POP serie was het kortst te verkrijgen: slechts 4 maanden.
