An electric-type Pokemon that even Raichu and Pikachu fear, the Raikou is like a living lightning storm, with lightning shooting from the cloud it carries on its back. Brock will tell you stories of how Raikou originally lived in the storm clouds of the sky, but came to earth with the first bolts of lightning.
