Weepinbell

This evolved Bellsprout spits out poison powder to immobilize the enemy and can then finish it off with a spray of acid. In a brief yet satisfying battle in "School of Hard Knocks," Weepinbell is washed over literally by Misty's more experienced Starmie, despite Weepinbells usual advantage over most water Pokemon.
