Magikarp

Magikarp is a far weaker Pokemon than those it descended from. In "The Battle Aboard the St. Anne" Jessie, James and other Team Rocket agents attempt to steal dozens of Pokemon aboard a luxurious Pokemon-filled cruise ship. During their scheming, James uses his and Jessie's salary bonuses to purchase a gold-colored Poke Ball containing the almost useless Magikarp — and Jessie is not happy.
