Leaving the Nest

The prospect of not knowing its own soul, and living its life confined in a research lab, does not sit well with the bio-engineered Mewtwo. "Behold my powers! I am the strongest Pokemon in the world," proclaims Mewtwo as it begins a horrific psychic attack on the lab. The Pokemon's amazing powers are beyond comprehension, and within moments, the compound and the entire Island is reduced to a flaming mound of smoldering rubble.
