Psy-Yi-Yi! Psyduck can be a potentially powerful Pokemon, but its dim wit rarely gets it any respect—especially Misty's. While lulling enemies with its vacant look, this wily Pokemon will use psychokinetic powers. It also suffers from a chronic headache.
