Oddish

According to the Pokedex, Oddish is typically found roaming the forest at night, scattering pollen as it walks around. During the daylight hours, it keeps its face buried in the ground. In "Bulbasaur and the Hidden Village," Ash and Misty argue over who will catch the leafy topped Pokemon while Bulbasaur thwarts their attempt by rescuing Oddish.
